SIEMPRE VERDE | ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZATION | SAN JOSÉ, COSTA RICA

 

Siempre Verde is a residential development located in San José, Costa Rica, developed by Promotores Urbanos, which integrates contemporary architecture, nature and spaces designed for well-being and coexistence.

The project is characterized by its modern apartment buildings, facades with vertical elements, large windows, balconies, and a landscaping design that incorporates tropical vegetation, pedestrian walkways, swimming pools, and recreational areas. The first phase of the development is currently complete.

Our participation

Our involvement in Siempre Verde focused exclusively on the comprehensive development of the project's architectural visualization, producing photorealistic images that effectively communicate its spatial, architectural, and landscape design. We handled the entire rendering process, working on the visual representation of the buildings, their materials, lighting, ambiance, vegetation, and exterior spaces, with the goal of realistically conveying the experience of living in the residential complex. Through exterior visualizations, general views, and representations of the common areas, we sought to highlight the relationship between the architecture and its surroundings, as well as communicate the scale, atmosphere, and character of the development.

Our work transformed the provided architectural information into high-impact visuals, designed to facilitate understanding of the project and strengthen its presentation and marketing. Our services included: architectural visualization, production of photorealistic renderings, digital environment design, materials, lighting, visual landscaping, and post-production.
