IN HOUSE is an architectural visualization studio founded by César Fernández and María Gabriela Lozada, combining technical expertise, architectural design, and visual storytelling to bring projects to life.

With more than 8 years of experience, we have had the opportunity to collaborate on architectural visualization projects in more than 24 countries, working with architects, developers, construction companies, real estate firms, designers, and private clients around the world.

Our international experience has allowed us to work on a wide variety of projects, from residential and commercial developments to hospitality, institutional, and large-scale architectural projects. Over the years, we have collaborated extensively on projects throughout the United States, Costa Rica, Colombia, Europe, and other international markets, adapting our workflow to different design standards, project requirements, and client expectations.

Every project begins with understanding the architecture, the intention behind the design, and the experience the space is meant to create. Our goal is to transform drawings, plans, ideas, and 3D models into compelling visual stories that communicate the true character of each project.

Light, materials, composition, atmosphere, color, and scale are carefully developed to create images that not only represent architecture accurately, but also evoke emotion and connect with the viewer.

We continuously evolve our production process by combining established visualization techniques with the latest digital technologies. Our workflow includes professional tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Chaos, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, D5 Render, AutoCAD, and advanced AI-powered visualization and post-production tools. This allows us to explore creative possibilities, optimize workflows, and adapt efficiently to the specific needs of every project.
