The building was designed by the local construction company of architect Jaime Zuluaga. Our collaboration encompassed a full range of visual tools, including high-quality renderings, captivating animations, and detailed floor plans. This comprehensive approach resulted in an extraordinary feat: the successful sale of every apartment and commercial space before the building was even completed, using only renderings and animations.
