This building in Laureles, Medellín, designed by Cuatro Once Constructora, stands out for its solid and contemporary architectural presence: a vertical volume enveloped in vegetation, where each level incorporates green strips that turn the facade into a living element within the urban landscape.

The continuous planters create a horizontal rhythm that brings freshness and character, while the combination of modern lines, defined geometries, and contemporary materials—exposed concrete, wood, and neutral tones—generates a warm and modern balance. The projecting balconies add movement to the complex without being excessive. The entrance is resolved with a restrained and elegant design: clean volumes, transparency, green spaces, and a pedestrian-friendly scale. The architecture integrates seamlessly into the neighborhood, enhancing the residential experience without losing its connection to its surroundings.

Our team worked on the rendering of the project, developing 3D renders that accurately convey the atmosphere, materiality and design sought by Cuatro Once Constructora.

Overall, it is a building that renews urban housing in Laureles, combining nature, design and contemporary style in a coherent and attractive way.
